Q: When is the last day I can order and still receive by Christmas?

Q: If I order today, can my order ship same day?
A: Sorry, we cannot ship orders same day. Most blank orders ship next day. Personalized and gift wrapped orders may take a day longer. Please choose your shipping method accordingly.
Q: Can I include a gift message with my order even if I don't choose to gift wrap it?
A: Yes! You may enter your gift message during check out. Your gift message will be included with your order even if you do not check "Gift Wrap".
Q: What if my order gets lost or delayed during transit?
A: Please allow for possible delays by the freight companies. There's a bit of wintery weather in certain areas of the US right now. In addition to weather delays, there could be transit (logistical) issues, misrouted boxes, or accidental damage during transit, which are (unfortunately) common during the holiday season. If your box is lost or damaged, we will replace it....but it may not make it by the holidays!
Please note USPS Parcel Post takes up to 7 days to deliver and does not offer tracking updates. We do not recommend Parcel Post when shipping time-sensitive orders. We do not recommend shipping by USPS during the holidays or for time-sensitive deliveries.
Q: How will I know which shipping method to choose during check out?
A: We’ve drawn you a map. Isn’t that convenient?
Q: What if I miscalculate and choose the wrong shipping method?
A: Unless you write "for Christmas delivery" in the notes section during check out, we will ship according to the option you specify, even if that means the order will not arrive before Christmas. If you write "for Christmas delivery", we'll check to make sure your order will arrive before Christmas; if we think there will be a problem with Christmas delivery, we'll let you know so you can change your ship method or (*sigh*) cancel your order.
Q: If I have questions about the progress of my order or shipment, how can I get more information?
A: Please allow 24 hours for your order to ship. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

A: If you need to reach us for any reason, please call us (804-283-6269) or email us (orders@green-kits.com). Please note that due to heavy call volume, we recommend emailing as the most efficient means of communication. We'll probably email you back the info you need within 1/2 hour.
